Database Administrator w/Master's degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering and one (1) year experience as a Database Administrator or Technology Lead performing following job duties:
Manage the installation, configuration and upgrades of database servers to ensure system reliability and performance. Design, create and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes) and handle storage planning and optimization. Perform SQL query optimization and use Python for automation, scripting and data-related tasks. Conduct log analysis and monitoring using Splunk and Apica. Alert and provide incident management via BigPanda and PagerDuty. Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective technical solutions.
